• Executive Director, NAMM Foundation

The National Association of Music Merchants, the largest global not-for-profit music trade organization, is searching for its next NAMM Foundation Executive Director to help fulfill its mission of strengthening the music products industry and promote the pleasures and benefits of making music.

The successful candidate will craft and execute a strategic plan for the Foundation’s next phase of growth and lead the Foundation through a period of evolution in the music industry, assess and refine all current programming, and lead development and fundraising efforts to expand the support of the Foundation.

• Department Head: Installation, Chicago Scenic Studios

  • Develops Installation Plan
  • Plans, organizes and manages time for themselves and the team
  • Consults with Operations Manager and/or Site Manager regarding work schedule
  • Client interaction during installs and install prep phase
  • Works with Project Manager to coordinate install calls, transportation, hotels and other onsite requirements
  • Secures onsite labor
  • Manages crew and local labor

Qualifications: 5+ years site management/Foreman level experience, experience in permanent and temporary structures are highly preferable.

• Assistant Professor in Lighting Design & Production, University of Florida, College of the Arts

The School of Theatre and Dance in the College of the Arts seeks a collaborative, motivated 9-month Assistant Professor in Lighting for a tenure-accruing faculty position. The successful candidate will lead the graduate lighting program, grow a robust BFA lighting production program, and actively participate in our learning community.
