Hot on the heels of designing the ultra futuristic sets for Mankind at Playwright’s Horizons, Tony-winning designer Clint Ramos was busy creating the scenery for Relevance, a new play surrounding a collision of ideals about the feminist movement during our current time, hence the title. With its world premiere this month at the MCC Theatre in Manhattan, Ramos’ designs explore the use of media and a turntable set to reflect on this subject in our present times.
