Lighting designer Thomas C. Hase worked on The Blonde, Brunette and Vengeful Redhead, a co-production of Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and the Dallas Theatre Center. He also designed a new production of I Puritani at Seattle Opera, opening this month with Linda Brovsky directing, Robert Dahlstrom as scenic designer, and Peter Hall as costume designer. Hase also designed lighting for Pelléas et Mélisande at Canadian Opera Company with Nicholas Muni directing, Dany Lyne as scenic and costume designer, and John Frautschy as associate lighting designer. Chiang is also designing the lighting for a new co-production, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde for San Jose Repertory in May 2008…The Eccentricities of a Nightingale opens May 5 and runs through May 24 at the Clurman Theatre in New York City.
