On Demand: An Inside Look at the New and Improved Vision

Tracoman has named touring veteran Bob Looney as director of special projects, a position that involves creating growth and expanding support systems for both Tracoman and Coemar in all areas of professional event lighting.

Says Tracoman VP Marcel Fairbairn, "Bob spent the majority of his career with touring firms RA Roth and, most recently, Light And Sound Design. Bob brings so much to the table, with his vast knowledge and experience in touring applications, but he also has an amazing attitude and unwavering commitment to getting the job done. I have rarely met anyone with more ambition and willingness to go the extra mile. I have a huge amount of respect for Bob and I am thrilled with his decision to join our team".

Looney will work out of Atlanta.

In other news, Tracoman is launching a new products line and has hired Phillip Lentini as VP of this newly formed Retail Lighting Products Division. The new lighting products line will debut at the upcoming Summer NAMM Show. Lentini will manage all sales and marketing related to these products.

States Fairbairn, "I have watched Phil's successes for several years, and I admire his enthusiasm and ability to effectively market in a competitive category like DJ audio. He brings so much to our fold and will certainly insure growth and profitability for both Tracoman and our dealers."

Lentini is based out of the Hollywood, FL, headquarters.
