New York University Department for Stage and Film holds its NYU holds it MFA graduating class Design Show May 5 to 13 at Tisch School of the Arts. Nineteen designers—five set, one film, seven costume, and six lighting—will share portfolios, starting with a preview on Tuesday, May 5 from 3 to 5pm, followed by an opening reception from 5 to 8pm. The graduating students work will also be on display daily from noon to 8pm from May 6 to 13.
In addition to the opening reception and sessions, the students will present their work at another session on Saturday, May 9 from 2 to 5pm. All sessions will be held at Tisch School of the Arts, Department of Design for Stage and Film, 721 Broadway (between Waverly and Washington Place), on the third floor.
