Meyer Sound Holds First US Demos of M’elodie at InfoComm

Meyer Sound is at the InfoComm exposition at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL from June 3 to 9. The excitement will focus on the latest addition to the MILO® family of loudspeakers: the new M’elodie™ ultracompact high-power curvilinear array loudspeaker, which will receive its first public US auditions in a series of demonstrations on Thursday, June 8.

Three demonstrations hosted by Meyer Sound’s Jim Sides will be held in Hall F of the convention center: the first at 12:30pm, the second at 3pm, and the final one at 5pm. A reception will follow the last event. The demonstrations will include a technical system design overview from Mauricio “Magu” Ramirez, Meyer Sound’s internationally renowned senior seminar instructor, and a live performance by The Flock, a Latin band from the Miami area.

With a small footprint but prodigious output (131dB SPL peak output), M’elodie is suited to corporate AV applications, but its flexibility also makes it a choice for use in theatres and small halls, as a sidefill or downfill adjunct to main systems based on MICA, or as individual cabinets for frontfill or under-balcony coverage.
