On July 19, The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, the organization dedicated to celebrating Off-Off-Broadway, announced the 2010 award nominees at its annual sold-out event at the Carmine Street Recreation Center in New York.
This year the ceremony will be recognizing a new category, The Innovative Design Award, recognizing designers, whose work is such an intricate part of these productions, including in the fields of masks, props, and audio/visual designs. Awards will be announced Monday, September 20, location to be announced.
