Production Resource Group, L.L.C. (PRG) announced today it has acquired Nocturne Productions, Inc., through PRG’s wholly owned subsidiary, PRG Nocturne Productions Inc.
The announcement was made jointly by PRG chairman & CEO Jeremiah “Jere” Harris, PRG CEO Kevin Baxley, and Nocturne Productions co-CEO Bob Brigham. PRG Nocturne Productions will continue to serve Nocturne’s clients from Nocturne’s existing location, as well as from PRG’s depots throughout the world.
Effective immediately, Nocturne will begin operating under the name PRG Nocturne Productions Inc. with Bob Brigham and Ron Proesel as co-presidents and with Paul Becher continuing in his present role as executive vice president.

“PRG has been growing our video offerings, primarily in the corporate and large event markets and with Nocturne, we will be able to offer our concert touring clients access to the highest quality video and LED equipment and the best crews,” adds Baxley. “Many of our clients want a single source solution with experts knowledgeable across the market sectors, and so we will continue to offer both bundled and individual services.”
