Clay Paky At Music Moscow

Clay Paky and its distributor for Russia, Doka Media, exhibited last month at Music Moscow, the annual event dedicated to audio and musical lighting technologies.

“This year Doka decided to invest the majority of its resources in our brand” Clay Paky Sales Manager Alberico D’Amato told us. “The results were seen on the market and were also reflected in this Fair, where Clay Paky was able to have its own stand for the first time”.

The Clay Paky stand was the largest brand stand present in the whole Fair relative to the lighting sector. On it were displayed the Alpha Profile 1200 professional shaper, the Alpha Spot HPE 1200 high performance spot and the two washlights, Alpha Wash 1200 and Alpha Wash Halo 1200, with ample space dedicated to demos. These products integrate the already wide Alpha range, which now numbers 12 models – of 575W and 1200W – a variety of offer strongly wanted by Clay Paky to meet any market need.

“Thanks to the solid partnership with Clay Paky our turnover last year benefited from a heavy rise,” says Alexander Folkichev, Doka Media owner. “The Alpha projectors received an enthusiastic welcome on the market, especially in the theatre sector. We have made installations of great importance and prestige throughout Russia: the Bolshoi Theatre, Norilsk Drama Theatre, Gradinsky, and Maly Theatre in Moscow, the Mariinsky Theatre and Alexandrinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, the Orenburg Theatre in South-East Russia and the Novosibirsk Theatre in Siberia.”

Alberico D’Amato comments, “Doka has a very good presence in the professional sector, the theatrical one in particular. We are working in close contact with our distributor to help us to open new markets of great interest and in strong development in Russia, that of television or the architectural sector, for example. As we had planned our presence at the Moscow Fair with our own stand has certainly helped to make the Clay Paky brand better known among operators in the sector.”
