How It's Made: Mobile Concert Stages

Science Channel's program "How It's Made," a documentary about how everyday items are assembled or produced, featured Apex Mobile Stages on Thursday May 29th at 8pm central (9pm eastern).

The episode followed the construction of mobile concert stages, which are a valuable resource in the concert industry. It will re-air ten more times over next several days. Check the "How It's Made" schedule here. The show airs in 120 countries in more than 12 languages.

Check out this time lapse video of Apex Mobile Stage's 32x24 stage, with 22' trim for rental, 8,000lbs rigging capacity, and 2,000lbs sound fly bays. The stage is hydraulically operated with an electric or self-contained motor.
