New touring venue PY1 Pyramid in Montreal recently debuted its multimedia and multi-sensory show and immersive experience Through The Echoes, with show direction by Gabriel Coutu Dumont; production design by Fireplay; architectural and interior design also by Fireplay; special effects and lasers by Kelly Sticksel, co-founder of Fireplay; and lighting design by Cory FitzGerald of Silent House. We caught up with Patrick O’Mahony, creative director and founder of New Substance, and designer of kinetic elements for PY1.
