DiGiCo Expands Quantum Series

DiGiCo's new Quantum 338 console, which is based on seventh-generation FPGAs and features 128 input channels with 64 buses and a 24x24 matrix, all with full channel processing. DiGiCo also showed Quantum 5, which expands the SD5 to more than 450 channels of processing at 96 kHz, and includes up to 256 input channels with up to 128 buses and a 36x36 matrix. The engine is equipped with four redundant, or eight individual, MADI ports and two DMI slots, plus a built-in Waves port and up to two Optocore loops. DiGiCo also introduced the new DMI-KLANG, an immersive in-ear mixing expansion that can be mounted directly into DiGiCo consoles equipped with DMI slots.
