Together with WHITEvoid and their sister company Kinetic lights, Brown and Bauder created a design centered around the mirror-like technology Bauder had used in SKALAR. The diamond band configuration which Brown and Vernon developed fed directly into the design of the space and the “geometry of the rest of the show, which is a series of those diamonds that are reflected in the sceptron fabrication on the risers to the truss overhead, and ultimately, the mirror shape and their layout.” The mirrors themselves aren’t actually mirror, but rather a space-age metal which gave Brown a ton of freedom. The design brought together all of the ideas Brown and Vernon had started with while also creating a new kind of visual experience for the audience.
