Obviously, the sound in a Björk show is paramount. “She wants a particular sound and so she designs an echo chamber instead of creating it digitally,” says Poet. The echo chamber weighs 3.5 tons and tours the whole world with her. Björk started developing ideas about how to create the 360° soundscape during her show at MOMA. In this performance, Poet and White tried to recreate this surround sound feel with the lighting.
