Bruce Rodgers was originally brought on board Romeo Santos' Golden Tour as the set designer, and once the general look of the show had been determined, Santos’ people reached out to Rodgers for recommendations for a lighting designer. He says, “When I make my sketches, I don’t just do the band and stage, I sketch the lighting and how it covers the audience,” so Rodgers decided to take on the role.
