Showman Fabricators Becomes the Exclusive Distributor for ModTruss in the Tri-State Area and Pennsylvania
Showman Fabricators of New York announced that it has been chosen to be the sole distributor for ModTruss in NY, NJ, CT and PA, effective October 29, 2013.
ModTruss is a unique patented building component which can be used for fabricating entertainment structures in virtually any shape or size. ModTruss comes in 12” X 12” and 6” X 6” sizes. It is stocked in lengths from 1’, 2’, 3’, 4’ 5’, 6’, 8’ and 10’ and can be bolted together in any configuration with just standard bolts through its unique hole pattern. This partnership between Showman and ModTruss will make ModTruss easily available to the television, film, Broadway and live event markets on the East Coast.
About his patented design, ModTruss creator Patrick Santini stated, “ModTruss is made from aluminum plates that have been precision laser cut, formed and welded. The innovative hole pattern allows sections to be bolted together in straight lines and 90 degree angles at 3 inch increments for limitless design possibilities. Showman’s president Bob Usdin, first saw ModTruss used as the structure behind the Showman set for the CBC Superbowl coverage in February 2013. He was instantly impressed with what Santini was able to accomplish with ModTruss.
