The ChamSys QuickQ series of consoles, available in three models, features an intuitive smartphone-like interface and a 9.7” touchscreen. The series ranges from the QuickQ 10, with one DMX universe and 20 fixture faders, up to the QuickQ 30 with 40 fixture faders, supporting four universes. Prompts and videos accelerate the learning process, as do buttons and faders, color selection menu, accessible intensity control tools, and zooming and scrolling. Key features include built in Wi-Fi, as well as free downloadable offline programming software for Mac and Windows, including a fully rendered MagicVis visualizer. Users can program on a computer, save to a flash drive, and load onto the console. Show files can be saved on the console and replayed via the consoles’ cue/chase system for playback.
