Live Design is pleased to announce that the first season of Live Design TV is set to launch on Wednesday, December 6, 2006, with our own version of a reality show: Spend The Day With Yves Aucoin. Each of the 12 weekly episodes, that will be broadcast from December 6, 2006 through February 21, 2007, features footage of award-winning lighting designer Yves Aucoin (Cirque du Soleil’s Love and Celine Dion’s A New Day…) filmed during his “Spend The Day With…” session held on Sunday, October 22 at LDI 2006 in Las Vegas.
During each episode, Aucoin takes a select group of LDI attendees to visit a specific LDI exhibitor. A representative of each company provides a look at cutting-edge products, while Aucoin discusses his philosophies and personal product choices from the selected exhibitors.
“Yves Aucoin toured the LDI show floor with a group of ten attendees,” notes LDI conference director Ellen Lampert-Gréaux. “A video crew filmed Yves as he toured the show floor and the footage has been expertly edited into 12 informative episodes that we are excited to be able to make available to the industry-at-large.”
Below is the schedule of episodes, with the name of the featured exhibitor. Each broadcast will be promoted on the Live Design Wire the Monday before the broadcast which will be presented as streaming video on www.livedesignonline.com with a simple click of a button for viewing.
