Williams Named DPI Customer Service Manager

Digital Projection International (DPI), the Kennesaw, GA-based manufacturer of high performance projection systems, has named Julie Williams as its customer service manager. In this newly created position, Williams will manage all activities relating to DPI's customer services in North America, including logistics and sales support.

Williams was one of DPI's first employees hired in North America. Her initial role with the company in 1997 was as a sales support representative. Since then, she has worked in key logistics, project management and customer service positions. Before working for DPI, Williams worked in related customer and service support roles in the commercial AV industry.

"Julie is an invaluable resource not only to DPI, but to our customers as well," says Mike Levi, president of Digital Projection, Inc. "As DPI continues to expand our markets served and customer base, it is vital we increase the skills and resources within our customer service department. Williams received a degree from the University of Georgia. She lives with her husband and daughter in Alpharetta, GA.
