Martin Professional, Inc. has hired industry veteran Paul J. (PJ) Turpin as new national manager for the company’s Show segment. Turpin will also be involved in the Television and Theatre segments.
Turpin brings with him substantial industry experience, as well as a wealth of lighting knowledge and industry connections. He comes to Martin from Clay Paky America, where he served as CEO since 2003.

Prior to working at Clay Paky, Turpin nworked for Vari-Lite as a regional sales manager. He started his career in the entertainment technology industry in the early 1990s, working for Olsen Lighting in Hollywood and then AC Lighting (later ACT Lighting) as national sales manager.
Turpin, whose position takes immediate effect, will be working out of Martin’s West Coast office in Simi Valley, California.
