TechSpa, a software-programming consultancy for the systems integration industry, has appointed AV Systems designer/engineer, Ken Blanchies, to the position of ‘Perfectionist.’ Ken joins TechSpa with over 16-years of audio-visual and electrical design and engineering, as well as production management experience in all aspects of entertainment multimedia and technology design.
Developing customized software for integrators is the foundation on which TechSpa was built. With Blanchies’ diversified skill set, he will review and ‘pre-troubleshoot’ client projects, blue prints, schematics, manuals and software, to eliminate errors and simplify designs.
For seven years prior to joining TechSpa, Blanchies provided AV Systems Design/Engineering, Media Preparation and Production for Walt Disney Entertainment in Orlando, Florida, where he worked on numerous attractions at Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom and Walt Disney World Tours. Additionally, Blanchies worked for Panasonic Corporate Systems, also of Orlando, Florida, as a Systems Designer/Engineer, whose responsibilities included Production and Construction Management.
