The LDI2021 party game is strong, and the successful first day ended with not one, but two parties. Doug Mekanik, director of sales for ACT Entertainment, relaxed after a productive day with free drinks in the Circle Bar and XR Lounge. He said, "It's hard to believe that this show is smaller than previous LDIs because the booth has been packed with clients all day."
The evening events kicked off with a Fostering The Future Happy Hour celebrating young designers and innovators just starting out. Sponsored by PRG (visit them in the lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center during LDI2021--they're hiring!), the party was followed by Crew Up & Connect, sponsored by 4Wall, ACT Entertainment, AG Production Services, Ayrton, Main Light, ROE Visual and Zanni, where the community finally came together again after almost two years. What better way to celebrate than tacos and free drinks?
