Staff Expansion At Electrosonic

Electrosonic Systems Inc. (Electrosonic) has announced four staff promotions and five recent new hires for its growing Public Spaces business in the US.

“The number of recent promotions and new hires at Electrosonic reflects our continuing expansion and the opportunities Electrosonic offers to its employees and to talented individuals in the industry joining the company for the first time,” notes Jim Bowie, Electrosonic’s general manager for the North American Public Spaces business unit.

Promotions

Jerry Garner, who has been with the company for eight years, has been named operations manager for the Managed Media Services group in Burbank, CA, responsible for the project management, engineering, production, and installation aspects of the group.

Ed Lopez has been promoted to Fabrication Department manager for Electrosonic’s Custom Solutions business, based in Burbank. Lopez has served the company for over four years as one of its lead technicians.

Kathy Senatore has been promoted to facilities manager for Electrosonic’s Public Spaces business in the US. In her new position she will be responsible for all facility, general office and administrative items in the Burbank, New York, and Orlando offices.

Ian Scott has been promoted to production manager for the North American Products group of Electrosonic in Burbank. He brings a unique combination of skills to the position, combining detailed engineering experience with extensive project and process management gained during 15-plus years with the company.

New Staff Additions

Tim Wilson has joined Electrosonic as customs solutions project manager working out of the Orlando office. He was most recently with DNPS and teamed with Electrosonic on Universal Studio’s Spider-Man attractions in both Orlando and Osaka, Japan.

Mike "Doc" Dwyre was recently hired as an installer with the Orlando office. He has worked as an on-call employee on several Customs Solutions projects for Electrosonic over the last 18 months.

Joe Messer has come onboard as project coordinator for Electrosonic’s Customs Solutions operation in California. He has worked with the staff over the years and has a unique understanding of projects from the ground up.

Henry La joins Electrosonic as recruitment manager for the Public Spaces business based in Burbank. He's worked as a recruiter for the last 12 years serving Fortune 500 companies.

Jackson Benedict has joined Electrosonic as a project coordinator in Orlando. He graduated from Florida State University in 2004 with a BFA in Technical Theatre Production from the FSU School of Theatre. Most recently, he worked with Thinkwell Design.
