In order to further strengthen the BM&E organization in North America, Barco announced that effective immediately, Steve Scorse will assume duties as vice president of sales and customer service in North America.
Scorse has held increasingly important roles at Barco over the last 6 years and has been instrumental to the success and growth of the media and events business units, holding the roles of world-wide general manager, Barco Events, and more recently WW VP Sales, Barco Media & Entertainment. A graduate of the University of London, Scorse brings over 20 years of management experience in the audio visual and electronic displays industries and will assume responsibility for sales, marketing, and customer service functions for the Media and Events business units. He will relocate to Sacramento in June.

"I am excited to be a part of the North American team and I will be working to further expand sales and distribution of Barco’s high-performance LED, projection and image processing products."
Mike Jones will continue to lead the North American BM&E organization and will manage design, development and production activities for Image Processing products.
