Following a super successful conference and show for LDI 2022, the LDI team consulted with customers, attendees, vendors, and the Las Vegas Convention Center, and decided that our planned dates in November 2023 for the next LDI needed to be moved.
Despite being a week earlier than the Formula 1 Grand Prix event in Las Vegas in November 2023, we heard from our community that the original mid-November dates for LDI raised concerns about the availability of hotels, cost of travel, and potential labor shortages. As a result, we are moving the dates for our show to ensure everyone has the best possible experience with record-breaking orders, career-boosting training, and memorable social and networking events.

Old dates : Expo: November 12 - 14, 2023
New dates: Conference: November 30 - December 5, 2023
Expo: December 3 - 5, 2023 SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY
Please note — the expo dates run Sunday through Tuesday to accommodate working professionals more easily.
And for the first time, LDI will move to the new West Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
To continue to provide synergies with DSE (Digital Signage Experience), that show will also be held in West Hall, Las Vegas Convention Center, adjacent to LDI 2023, on the same dates. XLIVE will continue to be part of LDI in 2023.
As you know, we secure the Las Vegas Convention Center more than a year in advance. We were fortunate to work with our Las Vegas partners to confirm this new time slot and are particularly excited to be able to move into the new West Hall a year earlier than planned.
