NASHVILLE, TN – Rhino Staging, a premier provider of entertainment labor, is pleased to announce the opening of its new office facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This strategic expansion further establishes Rhino’s distinct identity within the Nashville market and expands the company’s internal training and safety capabilities.
Led by Tennessee Operations Manager Celeste Brown, the new facility moves Rhino Staging closer to downtown Nashville thus enhancing day-to-day synergies with top client venues by allowing Rhino management to more easily conduct physical, in-person check-ins and reinforcing their commitment to hands-on client service. The central location also allows scheduling and other staff more opportunities for valuable face-to-face interaction with Rhino’s stagehand cohort. The office is strategically located in the same complex as industry partners Go West Creative and Worley Sound, further strengthening Rhino's local operational ties.
The cornerstone of the new Nashville location is its emphasis on workforce development. Key features of this emphasis include:
Dedicated Training Facilities/Expanding Leadership: The new office contains an AV-equipped classroom and a warehouse being converted into a training space for riggers, climbers, and rope access technicians. This will be Rhino’s sixth such training space in the US, further establishing the company as a national leader in the key live events production roles of rigging, climbing and rope access.
Expert Collaboration/Uniform Standards: The warehouse conversion is being spearheaded by Rigging Manager Joey Shirk and Assistant Director of Training & Safety Mike Harbin, in collaboration with Rhino’s national leadership for rigging, climbing and rope access to ensure uniform standards of the highest order across the company.
