PSNI Elects New Officers And Board Members

Professional Systems Network, Inc. (PSNI) recently elected new officers and board members to serve the 2001-2002 term. PSNI is a 15-year-old network of audio and visual (AV) system integrators who design, develop, and install AV communications systems. The officers, past president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and member-at-large, which are elected each year, are as follows:

John Bluhm, president of Clark-Powell Associates (Winston Salem, NC), continues to serve as president. In the second year of his two-year term, he presides over all affiliate and board meetings, supervises the executive director and appoints committees.

Bruce Ferguson, president, Pacific Video Products (Orange County, CA), and past secretary of the Board of Directors, was elected vice president. In his role, he assists the president in managing all communications-related projects and the execution of the annual Reference Catalog.

Mark Temen, president, Audio Video Resources, (Phoenix, AZ), was elected past president. He serves as membership chairman and is responsible for new member recruitment.

Jon Bereman, president, Duncan Video (Carmel, IN), was re-elected treasurer for a second term. As treasurer, he manages all finances for the organization, including the preparation of the annual budget.

Stan Wagnon, president, Lubbock Audio Visual, Inc. (Lubbock, TX), was elected secretary. He is responsible for the development and compilation of the procedural manual, which serves as a comprehensive resource for all PSNI affiliates.

Stan Stanek, president and general manager, Alpha Video and Audio, Inc. (Edina, MN), was elected member-at-large. This newly created, non-voting position contributes to special projects within the organization.
