Creative Technology announces the appointment of Curt Petty as national business development director. Petty joins the company from BARCO Events where he held the position of senior director of sales in charge of Folsom and BARCO product sales to the rental & staging industry.
Petty brings over ten years of a/v industry sales and management experience to CT. He began his career as regional sales manager for Draper Shade and Screen Company. He later joined BARCO taking on the responsibility for all sales to the gaming, theme park and other commercial/entertainment industries. During his years at BARCO, Petty was instrumental in the success of their daylight display systems division, which focused on LED technology for fixed installations and the rental & staging markets.
In his new position with Creative Technology, Petty will be actively pursuing and expanding new business opportunities for CT both nationally and internationally.
