4Wall Entertainment-East was selected to be part of the production team for the Paramount Pictures feature film The School of Rock starring Jack Black. Live performance lighting designers Jules Fisher and Peggy Eisenhauer worked with 4Wall-East on the "Battle of the Bands" sequence. 4Wall-East provided lighting and rigging packages for the sequence, filmed at the St. George Theater on Staten Island, New York. According to Phil Hirsch, VP of business development at 4Wall-East, "4Wall was awarded this project because of our theatrical background, and our ability to translate that knowledge into the needs of the film world."
