Nominees For The 17th Annual Helen Hayes Awards Announced

The nominees for the 2001 Helen Hayes Awards, which recognize excellence in resident and non-resident Washington, DC-area theatre, were announced March 19.

The awards will be handed out May 7 at the Kennedy Center Opera House, with S. Epatha Merkerson as mistress of ceremonies. For more information, visit http://www.helenhayes.org.
