New Hires at Martin

There have been a number of new appointments at Martin Professional, at the company's home office in Aarhus, Denmark.

First, Stig Holst has been appointed the company's new international sales director for entertainment. Holst, 40, joins Martin from a position as international sales manager at V. Guldmann, a Danish company specializing in automated lifting equipment for the nursing and hospital sectors. V. Guldmann operates a worldwide network of subsidiaries and distributors.

Holst takes over the international sales responsibility from Kristian Kolding, who retains his position as Martin’s President and CEO. The position will take effect as of April 1st. Stig will be located at the Martin head office in Aarhus, Denmark.

In addition, Thomas Fibaek Jensen has been named to the position of traded goods manager at Martin. He comes to Martin from a position as area sales manager at Polymax Roulunds, a Danish manufacturer of conveyer belts, and takes over from Mark Frihagen who was recently named product manager for Jem smoke machines. Jensen has extensive experience in a variety of areas including purchasing, OEM business, and technical training.

Finally, Nanna Mazanti Friborg has come onboard as an assistant product manager. Friborg, 28, was formerly a product manager at APC Denmark, one of the largest power protection companies in the world, where she worked in the marketing department. Designed to strengthen and support product management and its activities, the new position involves support of product management in preparation and implementation of new product business plans, as well as easing the process of integration between marketing and product management.
