Baca's career in entertainment started out with a BA in Theater Design at Lynchburg College, VA, including a semester at the University College of London. He then worked as technical director for the B Street Theater in Sacramento, CA, where he oversaw all aspects of production, including lights, sound, set design, and wardrobe (his favorite). Following that, he spent two years as tour electrician for the Disney on Ice show.
Baca is a natural for TMB: He is an electrician, designer, artist, musician, blackjack player, rock climber, and hard worker. According to Baca's agent, "While his training is in design, he is most interested in the practical implementation of creative ideas."
