MUS Immersive Names Jemma Barbarise-Kelley As Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK— MUS Immersive, the company building a new category of immersive entertainment powered by its proprietary Celeste platform, today announces Jemma Barbarise-Kelley as Chief Operating Officer to execute on the company’s commercialization strategy.

As COO of MUS immersive, Barbarise-Kelley will bring her extensive background in technology commercialization and enterprise transformation from venture-backed startups to MUS immersive’s next-generation Celeste experience platform. She will oversee operational strategy and organizational growth as the company expands with its flagship venue this year in New York.

Previously, Barbarise-Kelley served as Chief Operating Officer and Principal Advisor at Compass Rose Ventures, where her role consisted of growing the firm’s advisory and media operations while leading strategic client engagements.

Barbarise-Kelley also served as Chief Operating Officer at LifeBrand, an AI-powered social media technology and reputation company, and demonstrated expertise in past confidential advisory roles, guiding organizations through leadership transitions and international operational crises. 

Her earlier career includes roles at Goldman Sachs, where she supported governance activities of the GS Bank Board of Directors, and at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, where she worked on several of the largest corporate restructurings of the era, including Lehman Brothers and MF Global. She has been recognized as part of Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Female Founders to Watch, and Women of Distinction lists.
