Martin Heap Joins Vertigo Rigging

Martin Heap has joined the UK-based Vertigo Rigging as projects director, based at the company’s new headquarters in Deptford, London.

After working as a freelance production manager, Heap joined Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Really Useful Group in 1992, as technical manager, overseeing new productions and ventures in the UK and Europe.

In 1997 he became RUG’s director of production, managing all aspects of the company’s producing arm. Martin’s role at Vertigo will include overseeing the project management department, supervision of the larger contracts and aiding in the day-to-day management and running of Vertigo.
