Mark O’Brien, a scenic industry professional, has joined Rose Brand as a sales representative in Secaucus, New Jersey.
“It’s a constructive journey that has brought Mark to Rose Brand. His experience as a carpenter, welder, draftsman and scenic shop supervisor made him a Rose Brand customer. Now, as a member of the sales team, his experienced background will further our goals of providing the top level of support and expertise to our customers productions,” says Rose Brand president, George Jacobstein.
After graduating from Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts with a BFA in Technical Theatre, O’Brien worked at numerous scenic shops including Acadia Scenic, Paper Mill Scene Shop, and most recently as production manager at Hudson Scenic Studios.
Rose Brand has been expanding their sales department with the addition of experts in numerous fields including special events, scenic arts, and film. O’Brien comments, “I am thrilled to have this opportunity to join the Rose Brand family and share my knowledge with our customers.” O’Brien lives in South Plainfield, New Jersey with his wife Joan and four sons.
