After an extensive development period, ON LX are proud to announce Ctrl Suite Release Candidate v1.0.
James Walton, director of ON LX commented:
We want to extend our thanks to everyone who's been using Ctrl Suite on projects, provided feedback and helped shape it into the processing and user interface creation tool for lighting, AV and integrated systems it's become.
As we approach version 1.0, user feedback is more important than ever, we're encouraging integrators and technicans to drop us a message to be added to our tester group.
What does Ctrl Suite do?
The Ctrl Suite platform has been designed by the ON LX team to act as the central hub of a control system, handling inputs from software and sensors, to controlling media servers, lighting desks, audio mixers and more.
It allows custom user interfaces with buttons, and graphics to allow non-technical users to operate with ease.
Think of Ctrl Suite as a layer that sits above entertainment technology to allow users to focus on the bigger picture by coordinating and controlling all elements of a system in the background.
Module Integrations
Ease of use has been important for us since the day we started. Ctrl Suite contains a modules library that saves users time by including pre-defined commands for specific devices or services to be incorporated into the wider control system using intuitive drop-downs.

New Interface Components
Walton commented:
Interactive installations have been a key focus for us in the build up to RC1's launch. The latest additions to Ctrl Suite's interfaces allow users to interact with device-specific modules.
Touch pads, text entry, module specific color pickers and have been added to simplify interaction with 3rd party devices.
With Interfaces, our mission is to allow any system integrator to produce visually stunning UI's perfectly suited to any use case that allows them to extend their brand message into any interface.
Ctrl Suite v1.0 is on track to launch publicly in May 2023.
