has streamlined the design and specification process for its products with the introduction of GRAFIK Eye® Designer 5 Software, a powerful computer resource that places a wealth of lighting control possibilities at the fingertips of design professionals.
Among other things, Designer 5 can create a complete system layout, including an equipment schedule, bill of materials, one-line diagram, and CSI specifications, thus simplifying the selection and design process and ensuring a proper schematic for the job.
“Designer 5 is a comprehensive resource intended to increase efficiency for lighting designers and specifiers,” says David Bennett, Lutron’s commercial marketing leader. “In essence, it allows you to enter data about project lighting and guides you through load schedule information, power requirements, and control choices.” Bennett added that with Designer 5, one-line diagrams and equipment schedules could be included on drawings and then easily updated to reflect revised product information.

It incorporates all panel and control options for Lutron’s GRAFIK Eye® 3000 and GRAFIK Eye® 4000, including GP and LP Dimming Panels and XP Switching Panels, along with seeTouch™ Wallstations.

Exports to AutoCAD dxf , Adobe® pdf, Microsoft Excel formats.

Installs on any PC with Windows® 95 or higher.
