Lindauer Promoted to VP at Nautilus Entertainment Design

Michael Lindauer, an associate consultant with Nautilus Entertainment Design (NED), has been promoted to vice-president.

An associate with NED since 1999, Lindauer has worked on both live production and entertainment systems design. He has served as project manager for numerous cruise ship and land-based projects, including Carnival's Destiny and Spirit class ships and Costa's Atlantica and Fortuna class ships as well as the Long Beach passenger terminal. He is currently project managing the design and installation of an exterior LED video screen onboard the Carnival Liberty, now under construction in Italy.

Prior to joining NED, Lindauer designed mechanized scenic systems for Show Tech, Inc., including systems for Cirque du Soleil’s Mystère and Buccaneer Bay at Treasure Island in Las Vegas. He has worked with JR Clancy, designing rigging systems and stage mechanics for theatres and arenas around the world, working on such projects as the San Francisco Opera House and the Molson Centre. He has extensive experience as a technical director on various cruise ships and was a freelance moving light programmer and sound designer.
