LDI2023: Call For Speakers

Are you a designer, programmer, technician, rigger, electrician, technical director, or other entertainment design/technology industry expert? Or are you a manufacturer, distributor, inventor, or R&D guru? We’d love to have you be part of LDI in 2023!

1. TRAINING — BE PART OF THE LDInstitute*

Courses for the LDInstitute are primarily full-day or two-day classes, from hands-on training on lighting consoles, media servers, or the latest software, to rigging, projection, pixel mapping, and more. In addition, LDI offers in-depth sessions on a specific topic, from technology to project/production management.

Submission deadline: April 3, 2023

2. SPEAKING —BE PART OF THE LDInnovation Conference*

Sessions for the LDInnovation Conference (December 2, 3, and 4) are generally 30 to 90 minutes and can range from a solo talk to a panel discussion on entertainment design and technology subjects. If you suggest a panel, please confirm that all speakers are available to attend LDI2023 before submitting your session. We are especially open to sessions led by an ETCP recognized trainer or with ETCP credits, so certified riggers and electricians can attend LDI to obtain renewal credits. LDI will be co-located with our sister show, DSE (Digital Signage Experience), so please consider sessions that would appeal to both audiences (projection on large LED screens; content creation; pixel mapping, etc...)

Submission deadline: April 17, 2023
