LDI Honored To Be Named One Of Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50

Trade Show Executive has announced it's annual list of the Fastest 50 and Questex's LDI Trade Show & Conference is honored to be one of them.

LDI, led by VP and Market Leader Marian Sandberg, is listed in The Fastest 50 Awards in three fastest growing categories: exhibit square footage, exhibiting companies, and total attendance. These gains reflect LDI's success at providing extraordinary business opportunities that attract exhibitors from both the largest and most innovative companies in the live entertainment industry. LDI is not only the most important marketplace for orders, venue for product launches and demos, and social event for networking, it is the main hub for professional training in the industry with a full conference offering classes with renowned teachers. LDI is held annually at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and this year's event is expanding into the state-of-the-art West Hall, which opened at the end of 2020.

“Being named to the Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 for the second time is truly an honor for our entire team, especially given that our event serves the live production market and having experienced its fair share of challenges over the last few years,” says Sandberg. “Our phenomenal and passionate sales, marketing, content, and leadership staff have worked tirelessly to keep the show growing, and this accolade helps to make it all worthwhile. The LDI staff are ecstatic to have this recognition.”

LDI is delighted to be in the company of two other Questex shows also listed in the Fastest 50; the International Beauty Show, Las Vegas and the International Esthetics Cosmetics & Spa Conference, Las Vegas, both led by VP and Market Leader Jill Birkett. Two more Questex shows, Sensors Converge, headed by Charlene Soucy, and Bar & Restaurant Expo led by Tim McLucas, are listed in TSE's Next 50.

Questex CEO Paul Miller commented, "It was very gratifying to see a number of Questex events honored in the Fastest 50 and Next 50. Each of the events recognized sit squarely in the experience economy and all serve markets and communities significantly impacted by the global pandemic. In the case of LDI, the team stayed close to the community, continued to produce content and education to help businesses navigate the situation, and acted upon the feedback that the live entertainment community provided." Miller called attending LDI 2022, "A source of enormous pride, as the entire ecosystem celebrated a return to live events. The show was particularly relevant for a community that enhances live events through design and technology. Our team showed incredible resilience and they deserve the rewards, it’s a pleasure to work alongside them.”

LDI will be honored at this year’s Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 Awards & Summit, which takes place May 1-3 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
