Tracoman's eye-catching booth...

"I wanted to congratulate each of you - and everyone involved for a job well done. Somehow - through all of the adversity you managed to pull it off. I don't know what the attendance was, but I can assure you - we did some business. Not as much as in the past - but more than I expected in these times. Thanks for hanging in there against all odds... I'm glad we went ahead!!"

LDI 2001 was a great success, with many exhibitors reporting busy booth traffic and all the right people stopping by to do business. These snapshots and testimonials from industry leaders attest to the success of the show. "We were up against great odds this year, following the tragic events of September 11," says Jacqueline Tien, publisher of Lighting Dimensions and Entertainment Design. "The industry really pulled together to make LDI 2001 a great show, and the success is in the pudding, as they say."

"I think you all did a great job in exceptional circumstances. All the feedback I have had about the quality of visitors has been excellent. Please thank everyone involved for looking after us so well at LDI this year and we all look forward to seeing everyone again at PLASA & LDI in 2002."

Things were really "under control" at Tomcat...

"Congratulations to you and your staff on another smashing LDI! I was glad that I could play my part in "Art of Projection." It was an honor to be in the company of such distinguished individuals as Parry, Pilbrow and Rosenthal. I look forward to next year in Vegas. Keep in touch!

High End Systems' Catalyst won top honors in the entertainment lighting field....

"As many of you know, Lighting Dimensions Magazine held the annual LDI2001 last week in Orlando. Due to the events of September 11th, many exhibitors feared that attendance would be too low. However thanks to the combined efforts of the LDI staff, the exhibitors' advisiory board (of which LaserNet is a member), and all of the exhibitors who came, the show was a big success! My staff and I feel that our company had a very successful show. "

Space Cannon's eye-catching pyramid was named Best Large Booth at the show....

"The show was one of the best since 1995. Probably our new products this year were one of the reasons. In addition, I think only the committed dealer, designer, production house, etc. were in attendance and we got to spend a good amount of time with each of them."

Sales Director

"We wish LDI all the best for many future successful conventions. It has certainly become the connection to suppliers and users for the theatrical and architectural lighting industry."
