Senior Director, Production, Lincoln Center For The Performing Arts, NYC
The Senior Director will be central to the planning and execution of New York’s highest profile events including classical music concerts, contemporary dance festivals, film premieres, television up-fronts, and free concerts for New York City.
The Senior Director will lead a team of 15 full-time administrative production personnel as well as a large work force of production and technical employees and will be a key partner to Lincoln Center’s ten resident organizations. Overseeing a team of production managers, technical directors, and union and non-union technical employees, including IATSE-Local One stagehands, the successful candidate will be ready to craft a culture of collaboration, communication, and trust for everyone within the Production department. This position requires a great deal of diplomacy, prioritization, authority, and multi-tasking, while taking care to maintain open and respectful relationships throughout the Lincoln Center campus.
The search is being led by Vice President Eric Gershman, in consultation with, and support from, the TOC Arts Partners search team.
Team Leadership
● Lead, manage, and mentor all Production personnel including full-time staff members and freelance production personnel
● Serve as manager of record for all IATSE Local One Stagehands and Local 306 Projectionists in Lincoln Center halls
● Develop learning plans for inter-departmental cross-training opportunities
● Collaborate on Lincoln Center’s broader labor strategy; directing the team managing collective bargaining agreement interpretation and enforcement for departmental union employees (Local One Stagehands, Local 306 Projectionists)
Production
● Create and execute top-level production schedules, calendars, and detailed logistics plans for Production operations
● Serve as thought partner to Lincoln Center executives regarding any production related questions or concerns
● Identify technical, budgetary, and time-related issues regarding Production activities, proposing solutions throughout
● Develop and implement Production and Campus Operations goals with other Senior Directors in alignment with Lincoln Center’s overall organizational strategy
● Develop and implement multi-year venue operational budgets and long-term capital project planning with General Management and Finance partners
Qualifications
● 12 years of experience, minimum 6 years of leadership experience required
● Excellent leadership skills, including influence, decision-making, and delegation
● Dedication to creating and maintaining a positive culture in a fast-paced environment
● Demonstrated broad knowledge of performing arts production and entertainment technology
● Ability to think strategically, maintaining a focus on long-term planning, coupled with a keen awareness of day-to-day operations
● Comprehensive experience developing and executing institutional goals and strategies
Salary range: $215000 - $250000

Service Technician II, ACT Entertainment, Cincinnati OH
This position is responsible for providing exceptional service and repair for the ACT product lines while upholding quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide service for assigned ACT product lines.
• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and mechanical components that are damaged, malfunctioning, or in need of replacement.
• Quality control for new and demo equipment needed for the sales team.
• Quality control for equipment that has been repaired or serviced.
• Provide basic customer support via CRM system.
• Prioritize equipment repairs, keeping customers & stakeholders informed on repair status.
• Maintain proper records related to labor performed and inventory management.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or previous experience.
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in live event production involving fixture or electronics installation, maintenance or repair, or minimum 6 months as Service Technician I at ACT Entertainment.
Proficiency in computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office).
Problem solving abilities, able to troubleshoot in order to diagnose and repair
Proficiency with the use of diagnostic and repair tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, DMX tester, soldering equipment.
Attention to detail to ensure parts are installed correctly and maintained to high-quality standards.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to read circuit diagrams.
Ability to self-manage time and projects but also work well with a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers and colleagues.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and/or weekends as needed.

Senior Compliance Engineer, Meyer Sound, Berkeley, CA
Reporting to the Director of Knowledge Strategy & Enablement, the Senior Compliance Engineer will coordinate product safety, environmental, regulatory, and market-access compliance activities across new product development, sustaining engineering, manufacturing, and global certification programs for Meyer Sound.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage and support product safety and global certification activities for professional audio products, including compliance with applicable UL/NRTL, IEC, EN, CB Scheme, FCC, Canadian, EU, and international requirements.
Coordinate product submissions, sample readiness, documentation packages, test plans, test schedules, retesting, issue resolution, and certification deliverables with agencies, laboratories, and internal stakeholders.
Support environmental and product stewardship compliance programs, including RoHS, WEEE, IEC 63000, packaging, labeling, supplier declarations, recycling/disassembly documentation, and related global requirements.
Maintain compliance matrices, certification trackers, technical files, risk indicators, sample submission status, open action items, and deliverable schedules for active product programs.
Provide clear compliance status updates to Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, leadership, and regional market-access stakeholders.
Monitor new and changing global regulations that may affect product compliance, market access, labeling, documentation, technical files, or manufacturer obligations.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Quality, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment with responsibility for electrical/electronic product compliance.
Practical experience supporting UL, NRTL, IEC, EN, CB Scheme, FCC, Canadian, EU, or other global compliance programs.
Ability to read and interpret standards, agency reports, test plans, declarations, certificates, technical reports, BOM documentation, schematics, labels, and manufacturing records.
Experience coordinating with third-party test laboratories, certification bodies, notified bodies, NRTLs, consultants, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain organized, audit-ready compliance records.
Experience with professional audio, power electronics, amplifiers, loudspeakers, AV systems, networked products, or other high-reliability electronic equipment.
Experience supporting global market access for the EU, U.S., Canada, Korea, India, Mexico, China, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and other international territories.
Familiarity with environmental compliance, emerging EU regulatory frameworks, product recertification, manufacturing transfers, alternate components, labeling updates, and compliance dashboards or certification matrices.
