Responsibilities: Test, troubleshoot, and repair fixtures, consoles, and hazers as assigned by senior technician; prep new equipment to be sold as per company guidelines, provide product customer support, prepare and keep records pertaining to labor, equipment, and materials used in assigned projects. Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong mechanical aptitude, proficient in the use of diagnostic and repair tools such as a multimeter.
Second Stage Theater, Production Manager
The Production Manager, in close coordination with the Director of Production and Senior Production Manager, is primarily responsible for the production management of Second Stage’s productions both on and Off-Broadway. They will be providing onsite supervision to union and non-union technical crews and shepherding visiting creative artists through the production process. They will be responsible for coordinating work across multiple production areas and providing clear and effective communication to visiting designers and artists, The Production Manager ensures Second Stage productions open to our audiences on time and within budget. The individual must be organized, with the ability to think on their feet but also follow specific instructions and oversee medium to long-term projects. In addition, this person will be expected to spend a significant amount of time in various locations outside of the NYC metro area where overnight stays may be necessary.
