Introducing ITP LIVE: An Integrated Production Services Division Of INVNT

In a major strategic move, INVNT® has formed a new entity, ITP LIVE, their new integrated production services division, which comprises InSync Production Services, Thunder Audio, AVV–Any Venue Video, and Morpheus Lights.

For more than twenty-five years, these production companies have supported the design and execution of experiential and live entertainment programs for many of the largest corporations, trade associations, sports franchises, governmental agencies (including the White House), and some of the most successful artists in the world: Bruce Springsteen, Snoop Dog, Lady Gaga, Lionel Richie, Billy Joel, Diana Ross, Metallica, Post Malone, Tyler Perry, and more.

"Morpheus Lights and I have worked together—collaborated—on dozens of tours, events, and television specials for over thirty years," notes Jeff Ravitz, Emmy Award-winning lighting designer who has designed the lighting for Bruce Springsteen for more than 30 years. As I mentally reviewed our working relationship, I remembered one summer when I had five tours out simultaneously with them! Now, that’s a working relationship, for sure!"

As Ravitz points out, "Equipment is equipment, gear is gear. What really makes a difference is the people. And although project managers and crew have come and gone over the years, Morpheus always has had terrific people that collaborated with me in the most creative, mechanical and technological ways. I have always appreciated their feedback and suggestions on how to best solve a practical problem, no matter how crazy and disconnected from reality it might be," he says.

"OK, but the equipment issue isn’t to be dismissed entirely. Morpheus, at many points in its history, developed and manufactured lighting fixtures and consoles. Some were considered ahead of their time and found tremendous popularity and usage. They made a decision several years ago to leave the manufacturing to the many excellent companies that specialize in it. However, the point is, they come to the table with a deep knowledge of what it takes to bring a fixture to life and to market. This gives them a unique basis to understand the customization process when I’ve come to them with over-the-top requests," Ravitz explains.

"Morpheus has now become part of an exciting new business and production collective that will allow their core capabilities to become stronger.  Congratulations to them. I’ve been lucky enough to work with so many of the most highly respected production vendors and I feel I’m in a position to recognize Morpheus as being one of them," concludes Ravitz.

"All of us at Morpheus Lights' are thrilled to join the ITP Live group, along with Thunder Audio, AVV, and InSync Production Services. We're looking forward to the production synthesis this affiliation will deliver and anticipate great things to happen in the coming years," says Paul Weller of Morpheus.

“This is a great move for us, the growth potential is off the hook. 360 sales and expansion of our offerings and having worked with Pat Hand, CEO of ITP LIVE for over 38 years, I have great confidence in the great things that we all will do together,” adds Tony Villarreal of Thunder Audio.

The companies will continue to operate under their current names and will service their existing roster of clients, seek new clients, and providing services to synergistic INVNT opportunities and projects.
