House Research Institute, a major non-profit dedicated to healthy hearing,is hosting amazing, free events in NYC and LA for teens. The events, Sound Rules: A Sound And Hearing Celebration, both feature rock legend Paul Stanley from KISS, who will focus on how teens can employ healthy hearing practices in their daily lives.
Paul Stanley recently spoke on The Doctors about the issue of hearing loss among teens, a subject he is very passionate about (watch the interview). Hearing loss is a major issue among teens— in fact, one out of five teens is affected by some sort of hearing loss. >
These after-school events, in NYC at the DGA Theatre on May 4 and LA at the DGA Theatre on May 12, will feature a fun-filled, information-packed agenda while addressing this important—yet often overlooked—issue of noise-induced hearing loss among teens.
