High End Systems Releases Catalyst 1.2 Software

High End Systems has released a new version of software for its Catalyst™ system -- the award-winning product that combines the power of digital media with the creativity of automated effects lighting.

This software, v1.2, offers various upgrades and new features including keystone correction, which allows for correction on the vertical and horizontal planes. Version 1.2 also gives the user the ability to synchronize content, frame by frame, during playback on multiple Media Servers.

The software is available for free download on the High End Systems website at http://www.highend.com/support/downloads/catalyst.html Along with the software update is an addendum for the Catalyst manual; a Hog library file; and a Hog®start show, which is the starting point when using a Wholehog® console to control Catalyst.

The Catalyst system has been specified on a number of concert tours including Tom Petty, Rush, Tommy Lee, Bush, Prince, Luis Miguel, Steven Curtis Chapman, and on TV for the worldwide broadcast of the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 in Estonia.
