Groupe Novelty Delivers Full Technical Production For PSG's Champions League Celebration At Parc des Princes

Paris (France) – Paris Saint-Germain claimed its second UEFA Champions League title in May 2026 with a victory over Arsenal in Budapest, completing one of the defining chapters in the history of French club football. The evening after, Paris’ Parc des Princes hosted the celebration. This live event was designed and produced by LPF – WORLD-CLASS SHOWS in partnership with PSG, bringing together more than 20 artists and a crowd of 48,000 supporters for a trophy presentation and live entertainment program worthy of the occasion. Groupe Novelty was trusted with the full technical production of the evening.

The group deployed five specialist companies across the production. On Stage provided and installed four mega towers at the centre of the pitch, supporting the primary structural beams from which the video and lighting equipment was suspended. Alabama Média supplied four semi-transparent LED walls suspended from those primary beams, giving supporters across all areas of the stadium clear sight lines to match content, the trophy ceremony, and artist performances. Novelty managed the full audio reinforcement and electrical distribution, and they led on-site project coordination across all technical disciplines. Lighting design was provided by Jérôme Deschamps, commissioned by LPF – WORLD-CLASS SHOWS . Teamagine contributed the engineering and design office function, carrying out the structural and technical design work in the weeks prior to the event. And finally, BBS Backline managed the technical backline requirements for the evening's roster of more than 20 performing artists.

"Rising to technical challenges like this is always a source of tremendous pride," says Emilie Lecoq, commercial director, Novelty Paris. "The teams really come together on events as widely followed and high-profile as this one. Working alongside PSG is a genuine privilege, and every member of our team feels that."

Working at Parc des Princes placed significant logistical demands on the production from the outset. Primarily used as a sporting venue, the stadium required a full floor protection system to be in place throughout. Additionally, Its single access point meant every phase of the installation had to be precisely sequenced to allow parallel working across the different teams without disruption. The coordination of crane and ground-handling equipment alongside the production teams demanded rigorous safety planning at every stage, with the safety of personnel and machinery a non-negotiable priority throughout the build and de-rig.

"PSG's teams are under enormous pressure from the very first day of preparations right through to the final whistle," states Lecoq. "Our role is to carry our share of that weight and to stay entirely focused on delivering a technical production that is up to the moment. We were right there with the 48,000 supporters, but we stayed attentive at our posts."

The deployment of five specialist companies within a single coordinated operational structure reflects the Groupe Novelty model on major event productions, with Teamagine and Novelty taking charge of overall organisation and serving as the group's central point of contact for LPF – WORLD-CLASS SHOWS and PSG throughout. A general on-site coordinator linked the site managers of each entity, ensuring a rapid and direct flow of information between the agency, the end client, and the artist management teams. Drawing on the group's experience from the previous year's event, the build proceeded without major disruption.

"LPF – WORLD-CLASS SHOWS has trusted us with major events like this for years," says Emilie Lecoq. "They are endlessly creative, and that creativity pushes us to innovate together and develop the technical solutions that will define future events. Working with them again is always a genuine pleasure."

PSG's UEFA Champions League celebration at Parc des Princes represents one of the most ambitious club football events delivered in France in recent years, and it’s a landmark production for the Groupe Novelty family of companies. The teams delivered in exceptionally demanding conditions, with high temperatures throughout the installation and de-rig. Groupe Novelty extends its thanks to all the teams mobilized across the project and to LPF – WORLD-CLASS SHOWS and Paris Saint-Germain for the opportunity to contribute to one of the great nights in the club's history.

"The conditions this year were particularly demanding. The heat was relentless throughout," reflects Lecoq. "Our teams were exemplary. The technicians looked out for one another at every stage of the build and of the de-rig to make sure everything was done safely. Everyone adapted and I could not be prouder of what they achieved."
