Flying Pig Systems At PLASA 2006

Due to the short amount of time between PLASA and LDI, entertainment lighting manufacturer High End Systems has decided to exhibit instead at LDI in Las Vegas. In lieu of a tradeshow booth at PLASA, HES has scheduled many open houses around the world to allow customers personal opportunities to learn about our products.

Because our Flying Pig Systems (FPS) brand of lighting controllers originated in London, we feel it is important to exhibit these products at PLASA 2006. The Flying Pig Systems stand #F69 at PLASA will feature Wholehog 3 control products including our upcoming version 2.0 software.

The key points of this latest version 2.0 software are:

Connectivity
The Wholehog 3 console as well as Hog 3PC now use the same version and build numbers. This means that Hog 3PC and the Hog iPC are now able to connect to the Wholehog 3 console and vice versa.

Hog 3PC DP and IOP Support
The Hog 3PC software (stand alone and Hog iPC) now connects directly with DPs and IOPs in the same manner as the Wholehog 3 console. This functionality allows an unlimited number of DMX universes from all Wholehog 3 products.

Wings Manager
Playback and Expansion wings must now be configured within the Wing Manager. Auto configuration is no longer supported; however, the new interface simplifies the addition and removal process.

Expansion Wing
Support for the new Expansion Wing allows connection of multiple Expansion Wings, and also includes a rework of the Wing Management interface.

We are also showing a Tablet PC running as a remote focus for the Wholehog 3 console. The new networking abilities will be active on the stand.
