Cyberlux & Bruni Announce Joint Venture

Cyberlux Corporation and Bruni Industria Mobili SRL announced the formation of a joint venture that will address the solid-state lighting needs of the European marketplace.

Bruni Industria Mobili SRL, a 51-year-old furniture, fixture and consumer products manufacturing conglomerate located in Sora, Italy, is one of the largest manufacturers of furnishing products, including lighting products and fixtures, for the European market.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cyberlux Corporation has granted Bruni Industria the European marketing and distribution rights for the Cyberlux products, and Cyberlux and Bruni Industria Mobili SRL will integrate Cyberlux technology into Bruni Industria products.

Cyberlux and Bruni Industria expect the joint venture to begin operating in early 4th quarter of 2005, with the initial focus on extending the existing Cyberlux products into the numerous European channels supplied by Bruni Industria. In addition, the joint venture will begin integrating the Cyberlux solid-state lighting technology into the various Bruni product segments.
