On June 10th, 2004, BSL Productions, a national, theatrical lighting production, rental, sales, and service company entered into a dealership agreement with VARI*LITE, a Genlyte/Thomas Group company. BSL's Phase I purchase of 33 luminaires is a combination of Series 3000 Spots, 3000 Washes, and Series 2000 spots.
"A major part of our growth strategy was to enter into a multi-faceted relationship with a moving light company. We found VARI*LITE's products and limited distribution network to be the right fit as we grow our touring, rental and sales departments," says Ajay Patil, President of BSL Productions.
Three BSL associates, Joe Snyder, Nick John and Dan Snyder recently returned from the VARI*LITE headquarters in Dallas, Texas after having received VARI*LITE service certification and earning the three highest scores on the service test.
